Mr. Rodgers received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. Mr. Rodgers began his undergraduate studies at Ball State University in Indiana, where he is originally from, and completed them by earning his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Weber State University in Ogden Utah. He is a U.S. Army veteran (1989-1992).
